Belt Filter Press throughout the world for squeezing Sludge for various Industrial applications from Primary Clarifier, Secondary Clarifier, Drinking Process, Biogases Pith, Sewage Treatment Plant and other applications. The Belt Filter Press are efficiently designed to squeeze Sludge from 1 to 30% consistency with the addition of Polyacrylamide base flocculent which helps in better drainage and achieves the dryness of 25 to 30% consistency.

SKD has manufactured Belt Filter Press and supplied to various paper mills, textiles in India and abroad in various industries for improving their Sludge for disposal system to transport the Sludge for disposal or to any other use to lower grade board mills or for use as manure. Belt Filter Presses are effectively designed for sludge handling capacity max. 25 to 30 tons/d having power consumption 2 to 3 H.P. for operation.
